Our KAPLA workshop was amazing!!! Jennifer visited Black Lane Primary School for one day and worked with children from 3-11 years. It was amazing how she engaged ALL children and how everyone contributed to the final masterpiece. The children enjoyed every part of the day and developed lots of important skills: collaboration, teamwork, perseverance, resilience, logic, concentration, creativity and problem solving.
The KAPLA planks are used to create grand structures using Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematical (STEM) skills; no glue, no clips, no screws!
The parents came in to school to observe the final piece and some children enjoyed the demolition. The feedback from staff, pupils, parents and governors was fantastic and they have already asked when our next workshop is. We definitely recommend and we will definitely be booking again.
